What you'll do

  • Monitor daily inline data, metrology, and defectivity trends to identify out-of-control or out-of-spec conditions.
  • Analyze electrical test data to ensure continuous process stability and manufacturing line health.
  • Design scalable data pipelines to extract, clean, and structure electrical test data.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to automatically detect anomalies and process drift.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with process and equipment engineers.
  • Develop and optimize statistical process control charts, limits, and sampling plans for sensitive nodes.
  • Create actionable reports on yield and defectivity metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Hold a B.E. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • Possess an understanding of semiconductor device physics and CMOS fabrication processes such as Lithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, Diffusion, and Implant.
  • Understand electrical parametric testing and defect inspection mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate strong technical writing and presentation skills to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex process excursions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment while managing multiple high-priority investigations.
  • Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
