Workplace Solutions, Implementation/Client Onboarding (Payroll HRIS Integration), Associate

What you'll do

• Lead payroll integration implementations from initial requirements gathering through production readiness.
• Partner with clients to understand their payroll systems, data structures, and transmission needs.
• Map client payroll fields to the appropriate fields within the Merge platform.
• Analyze source data to identify mapping gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution across internal teams and clients.
• Translate technical integration requirements into clear business requirements for all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations while maintaining project governance and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing implementations, integrations, client onboarding, payroll implementations, or similar complex client projects.
• Strong experience with data mapping, data files, field-level requirements, or system-to-system data integration.
• Experience with payroll technology or payroll integrations.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, HR technology, or similar implementation environments.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with equity share plans, API integrations, or SSO (preferred).
