As a Workday Integrations Architect on the People Platform team, you will manage the end-to-end integration pipeline to ensure seamless connectivity between Workday and internal or external platforms. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying integrations using Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs while ensuring data integrity across inbound and outbound flows. You will maintain critical connections with platforms like Greenhouse and HireVue. To succeed, you must possess expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and SQL, alongside a deep understanding of the Workday data model across HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Security modules.
