Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead, People Analytics

What you'll do

• Serve as the product owner and technical architect for the company's reporting ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain automated talent strategy dashboards to provide real-time workforce insights.
• Create monthly and quarterly leadership reports while building self-service alternatives to reduce manual work.
• Design, configure, and test custom dashboards tailored to specific stakeholder needs across the organization.
• Manage Workday reporting configurations by auditing, enhancing, and decommissioning reports to reduce technical debt.
• Establish standardized data definitions and calculated fields to create a single source of truth for company metrics.
• Lead discovery discussions with stakeholders to document reporting requirements and identify trends.
• Proactively audit and optimize the report catalog to improve discoverability and system performance.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience developing Workday reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Must possess specific expertise in creating, performance tuning, and optimizing complex Calculated Fields.
• Must have a strong understanding of Workday data structures including organizations, job architecture, and supervisory organizations.
• Experience building interactive dashboards and data pipelines using tools like Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred.
• Proficiency with Generative AI platforms and prompt engineering to automate documentation and debug logic is preferred.
