Analytics & Insights Lead, ASO Operations

What you'll do

• Define and govern operational KPIs and performance metrics to provide a single source of truth for global teams.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear analytical requirements and scalable data solutions for senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to identify performance trends, root causes, and forecasting signals.
• Develop and maintain data models and reporting infrastructure in partnership with Data Engineering teams.
• Create self-serve dashboards and automated reporting tools for both technical and executive audiences.
• Establish data dictionaries and governance standards to ensure consistency across the analytics ecosystem.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align analytical priorities across Finance, Operations, and Program teams.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Possess 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a strategy and analytics role.
• Demonstrate experience defining, developing, and implementing KPI frameworks and operational metrics across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise analytical requirements, data models, and reporting solutions for diverse audiences.
• Maintain advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python or equivalent scripting for data manipulation.
• Build and manage relationships within a matrixed organization to drive alignment on analytics priorities.
• Solve ambiguous problems using structured problem-solving to create actionable recommendations under pressure.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to design self-serve dashboards and automated reporting.
