What we're looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience in chip bringup and tuning of wireless transmitter/receiver chains for optimal performance.
  • Proficient in designing calibration algorithms to correct radio impairments like IQ imbalance, DC offset, LO feed through using simulation tools.
  • Solid understanding of communication theory, DSP, OFDM systems, and impact of radio impairments on system performance.
  • Expertise in Python, Matlab, or C/C++ for algorithm implementation and testing.
  • Experience with wireless test lab equipment including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and implement comprehensive test plans and debug issues effectively.
