What you'll do

Bring up, validate, and tune WiFi PHY/Radio systems on various platforms.
Design and implement calibration algorithms for radio impairments in simulation environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize algorithm implementation for factory tuning and real-time operation.
Develop comprehensive test plans and analyze results to identify and debug issues.
Implement efficient test automation and verification flows using scripting languages.

What we're looking for

Extensive hands-on experience in chip bringup and tuning of wireless transmitter/receiver chains for optimal performance.
Proficient in designing calibration algorithms to correct radio impairments like IQ imbalance, DC offset, and LO feed-through.
Strong understanding of communication theory, DSP, OFDM systems, and impact of radio impairments on system performance.
Expertise in Python, Matlab, or C/C++ for algorithm implementation and simulation.
Knowledge of wireless communication protocols such as IEEE 802.11 standards or LTE preferred.
Experience with wireless test lab equipment including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
