The Wireless Subsystem Test and Software Tools Engineer joins the Cellular Technologies Software team to perform comprehensive end-to-end feature validation for large-scale software subsystems. Develop feature test plans and perform end-to-end validation for large-scale wireless software subsystems.
Plan and execute feature validation for development milestones, operator trials, and industry showcases.
Develop and maintain test frameworks, utilities, and automated regression test suites.
Establish hardware, software, and network environments for end-to-end system integration.
Debug complex embedded software and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.
Create networking diagnostics, data visualization, and performance analysis tools to resolve technical issues.
Validate next-generation wireless systems using advanced compute devices and specialized telecom equipment.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.
Understanding of multi-threading and OS fundamentals.
Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or 2 years of experience in an Embedded Software Engineering field (preferred).
Familiarity with Linux development environments, embedded software debugging, and CI/CD test automation (preferred).
Experience with telecom test equipment, network protocols (5G NR, LTE, 802.11), and cloud technologies like Docker or Kubernetes (preferred).
Aptitude to adopt productivity enhancement tools and AI-based processes (preferred).
