What you'll do

Develop automation frameworks and test infrastructure for validating wireless and PHY systems across RF and baseband domains.
Translate technical specifications into automated test strategies for the silicon development lifecycle.
Create equipment drivers, control interfaces, and intelligent test sequences for hardware validation.
Identify validation gaps and drive the resolution of complex system issues with design engineers.
Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and improve testing methodologies.
Perform regression testing to ensure wireless systems meet performance standards like Power Accuracy, EVM, and Sensitivity.
Develop tools for traceability, repeatability, and automated reporting using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree is required.
An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems is required.
Programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, C++, or C# are required.
Deep understanding of RF and baseband domain performance indicators and impairments is preferred.
Hands-on experience testing wireless silicon in laboratory environments is preferred.
Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers is preferred.
Experience developing test automation, infrastructure (Git, CI/CD), and related tools is preferred.
