What you'll do

Develop automation frameworks and test infrastructure for validating wireless and PHY systems.
Execute comprehensive validation and regression testing throughout the silicon development lifecycle.
Translate technical specifications into automated test strategies for RF and baseband domains.
Identify validation gaps and drive the resolution of complex system issues.
Create equipment drivers, control interfaces, and intelligent test sequences.
Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for next-generation wireless systems.
Improve test methodologies to meet rigorous performance standards for power, sensitivity, and MIMO.

What we're looking for

BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, with an emphasis on WiFi.
Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++/C# for test automation.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (preferred).
Deep understanding of key performance indicators and impairments in RF and baseband domains (preferred).
Hands-on experience testing wireless silicon in laboratory environments (preferred).
Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers (preferred).
Proven experience developing test automation, equipment drivers, debug tools, and automation infrastructure (preferred).
