What you'll do

Create automated test sequences to perform comprehensive validation and regression testing during the silicon development lifecycle.

Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and improve overall test methodologies.
Identify validation gaps and drive resolutions in collaboration with PHY, MAC, and RF design engineers.
Build automation infrastructure ensuring traceability, repeatability, and integration with tools like Git and CI/CD.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree is required.
An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems is required.
Programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, C++, or C# are required.
Deep understanding of RF and baseband domain performance indicators and impairments is preferred.
Hands-on experience testing wireless silicon in laboratory environments is preferred.
Proficiency with RF test equipment like signal analyzers, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers is preferred.
Experience developing test automation, infrastructure (Git, CI/CD), and tools is preferred.
