What we're looking for
High school diploma required.
Bachelor degree in a science or engineering field (preferred).
At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or related field (or 5 years of direct optics fabrication experience preferred).
10+ years of experience in complex manufacturing, production, or operations environments (optical, semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred).
Strong LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
Proficiency with MS Outlook 365 and knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards; direct experience in an ISO certified environment is desirable.
Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
