What you'll do

  • Lead manufacturing operations across multiple shifts to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Manage a team of shift managers, team leads, and technicians to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at Lean Manufacturing levels L3/L4.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures for Health, Safety & Environment.
  • Translate strategic plans into operational actions over a 2–3 year horizon.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience leading teams in complex, multi-shift production environments.
  • Strong background in Lean/Continuous Improvement with demonstrated results.
  • Experience in optics manufacturing, coating, or metrology preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience working in ISO-certified environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in Engineering or related field.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States without need for sponsorship.
