Manage the full development cycle of optical components including architecture, design, integration, validation, and manufacturing.

What we're looking for
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Optics, Controls, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience, Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
At least 4 years of experience leading small to medium sized technical teams.
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent activities is required.
Strong English communication skills in both written and oral formats.
Ability to apply project management skills including scheduling and monitoring multi-functional, long-term projects.
High level of technical capability to garner respect from high caliber technical contributors and managers.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
