Wealth Management Application Support Engineer
As a Sr Associate in the support organization, you will support the Wealth Management business, products, operations, partners, and clients. You will collaborate with Application Development teams to implement business solutions through agile practices while managing production issues. Your daily responsibilities include leading production stability efforts, tracking incidents, changes, and problems, and providing high-quality updates to stakeholders regarding SLA risks. You will troubleshoot issues via monitoring and log analysis, coordinate with managed services providers, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
