Wealth Management Application Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Track and manage incidents, changes, and problems for assigned applications.
• Provide regular high-quality updates to stakeholders regarding incident progress and SLA risks.
• Troubleshoot production issues through active monitoring and log analysis.
• Identify measures to improve application stability and availability for better service delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore managed services providers to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze root causes of production issues and assist in efficient resolution.
• Attend on-call shifts, including after-hours and weekends, to support critical production issues.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, change control procedures, and data security.

What we're looking for

• A college or university degree in Computer Science is required.
• Candidates must have 6-8 years of proven work experience.
• Related industry qualification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AKS, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, App Config, SQL Server, Databricks, APIM, Cosmos DB, Neo4J, and Apollo is required.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash Scripting, or Java is required.
• Preferred experience with messaging and data platforms (EventHub, Service Bus, Kafka/Confluent) and analytics (SQL Server).
• Preferred hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
• Work Authorization.
