What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java and/or Python.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling and source control platforms such as Bitbucket or GitHub.
  • Practical cloud native experience.
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or exposure to financial models (preferred).
