What you'll do

Own the Tenant Engine roadmap and operating rhythm for remediation automation and portfolio-scale scanning.
Direct regeneration cycles including scan, noise filtering, LLM validation, and remediated-code generation.
Govern and approve noise-filter rules and prompt iterations to balance false-positive reduction with coverage.
Manage a team of AI engineers and analysts by setting goals and removing operational blockers.
Oversee large-scale scan operations across 900+ repositories while ensuring SLA performance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate cross-track handoffs between the engine and database, application, and quality engineering teams.
Report key metrics regarding quality, throughput, and unit costs to senior leadership and governance forums.
Establish runbooks and processes to ensure the system can scale without constant executive intervention.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experience in software, AI, ML, platform, or data-intensive engineering.
Experience in AI/ML or platform technical leadership.
Experience directly leading engineering teams.
Experience owning production LLM/GenAI systems including prompt pipelines and evaluation on platforms like AWS Bedrock.
Experience managing technical roadmaps for large-scale or regulated programs with strict deadlines.
Experience leading large-scale code analysis, automated remediation, and developer tooling projects.
Familiarity with AWS-native infrastructure such as Bedrock, EKS, Neptune, S3, and Step Functions is preferred.
