The VPII, Software Engineering Manager & AI Lead - M&A & Partner Integration joins the technology team to own the Tenant Engine, a critical AI-powered static-analysis and remediation framework. This leader manages the roadmap and daily operations for a portfolio-scale multi-tenant migration, overseeing a team of engineers and analysts. Key responsibilities include directing regeneration cycles for scanning, noise filtering, and LLM-validated remediated-code generation. The role requires governing noise-filter rules and prompts while coordinating cross-track handoffs with database and quality engineering leads. Candidates must possess expertise in production LLM/GenAI systems, AWS Bedrock, EKS, Neptune, and S3. The position solves the technical challenge of improving code remediation quality, scan throughput, and operating costs across a large repository portfolio within a regulated financial-services environment.
Own the Tenant Engine roadmap and operating rhythm to prioritize remediation automation and portfolio-scale scanning.
Direct regeneration cycles including scanning, noise filtering, LLM validation, and remediated-code generation.
Review and approve noise-filter rules and validator/sampler prompt iterations to balance false-positive reduction with coverage.
Supervise and develop the team of AI engineers and scan-operations analysts by setting goals and removing blockers.
Oversee scan operations across 900+ repositories to ensure SLA performance, output integrity, and cost-efficiency.
Coordinate cross-track handoffs with DB, App, and E2E Quality Engineering leads to move findings into migration execution.
Report quality metrics, finding actionability, and unit-cost trends to senior leadership and governance forums.
Establish runbooks and processes to ensure the engine can operate and scale without executive intervention.
What we're looking for
10 or more years of progressive software, AI, ML, platform, or data-intensive engineering experience.
5 or more years in AI/ML or platform technical leadership.
3 or more years directly leading engineering teams.
Experience owning production LLM/GenAI systems, including prompt and evaluation pipelines, validation at scale, and cost gating on AWS Bedrock or equivalent.
Experience owning a technical roadmap and delivering across teams in a large-scale or regulated program.
Experience leading large-scale code analysis, automated remediation, developer tooling, or similar engineering productivity programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
