VP, AI Technical Strategy & Integration serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery coordination of Cyan, an evolving advisor AI experience. This role acts as the connective point across product, engineering, data, architecture, platform, security, risk, governance, and business teams to translate strategy into integrated technical plans. The successful candidate will own multi-year roadmaps, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure transition from prototype to production while maintaining executive visibility on risks and milestones. Key requirements include expertise in enterprise AI, agentic AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, and digital product development within highly regulated financial services environments. The role requires proficiency in Agile practices, scaled planning, and technical delivery predictability to manage complex, multi-year initiatives involving large, matrixed organizations and diverse stakeholders across a growing ecosystem of AI-powered capabilities.
Maintain and manage the multi-year technical delivery roadmap for the Cyan AI experience.
Translate product priorities into sequenced technical plans with defined ownership, milestones, and release targets.
Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, ownership gaps, and sequencing conflicts across various teams.
Coordinate technical delivery across a hub-and-spoke model involving AI platforms, shared services, and enterprise functions.
Manage the transition of prototypes and experiments into production with clear paths for governance and scalability.
Develop executive communications to provide visibility into progress, risks, trade-offs, and decision records.
Facilitate decision-making by presenting options and recommendations across organizational boundaries.
Align annual strategy and roadmaps with PI planning, sprint execution, and integration milestones.
What we're looking for
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product technology, technology strategy, enterprise transformation, or technical delivery.
Demonstrated success coordinating large, multi-year technology initiatives involving multiple product, engineering, platform, data, risk, and business organizations.
Experience building and maintaining integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependency plans, decision frameworks, release plans, OKRs, and executive reporting.
Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations and driving accountability without direct reporting authority.
Strong technology fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, product, and risk stakeholders.
Experience connecting Agile and scaled planning practices to business outcomes, technical delivery predictability, and production readiness (preferred).
Experience providing executive-level communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and decision support for complex technology initiatives (preferred).
Experience with enterprise AI, agentic AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, or other emerging technology initiatives (preferred).
