The VPII Product Management, Agentic Product Development will lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of agentic capabilities across the product development lifecycle. This enterprise leadership role involves redesigning cross-functional workflows so AI agents can complete connected tasks, evaluate work, and bring decisions to the right people. You will partner with product, design, engineering, business, and control teams to integrate capabilities connecting customer evidence, requirements, designs, code, tests, and production feedback. Key responsibilities include establishing governance for agent permissions, traceability, and human approval while making build-versus-buy recommendations. You will utilize skills in enterprise product strategy, agent autonomy, and change leadership to improve how teams discover, build, and release products. The role solves the technical challenge of moving from customer insight to validated outcomes faster using automated workflows.

What you'll do

  • Define the enterprise strategy and roadmap for agentic workflows across the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Redesign cross-functional workflows to determine where agents act independently, collaborate with people, or require human approval.
  • Lead the development and integration of capabilities connecting customer evidence, requirements, designs, code, and production feedback.
  • Partner with teams on real product initiatives to test complete workflows and establish scalable approaches.
  • Evaluate internal and third-party capabilities to make build-versus-buy recommendations based on security, cost, and integration.
  • Establish evaluation, permission, and review requirements with engineering and control partners to ensure agent actions are traceable.
  • Lead product managers and accelerate adoption through practical training and changes to day-to-day working practices.
  • Measure key performance metrics including time to validated learning, quality, review effort, rework, and cost.

What we're looking for

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management or product development leadership.
  • Experience improving how cross-functional teams discover, build, release, and operate products with measurable results.
  • Experience implementing AI agents or automation in working processes and improving those capabilities after launch.
  • Experience with customer research, experimentation, software delivery, and the tools that connect these activities.
  • Experience leading teams, driving adoption, and resolving competing priorities across product, design, engineering, business, and control functions.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry (preferred).
  • Experience making build-versus-buy decisions for AI, automation, or product-development platforms (preferred).
  • Experience establishing governance for agent permissions, traceability, recovery, and human approval (preferred).
