Principal Product Manager, Agentic Security

What you'll do

• Drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key areas of Microsoft Agentic Security.
• Define and deliver AI-native security experiences that combine reasoning, action, and human oversight.
• Translate emerging technologies into customer value by partnering with engineering, research, design, and data science teams.
• Lead operational readiness deliverables including release governance, risk management, and quality reviews.
• Establish and lead the operating rhythms that govern cross-organizational program execution.
• Accelerate onboarding and adoption for first-party and future ecosystem partners.
• Manage complex dependencies and create scalable processes to ensure capabilities meet launch standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud background checks.
• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-organizational programs involving software engineering, cloud services, platform technologies, or developer ecosystems (preferred).
• Experience driving release readiness, operational excellence, incident management, or large-scale product launches across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
