Enterprise Applications Developer

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical owner for enterprise SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Manage the full application lifecycle including configuration, access models, permissions, onboarding, and vendor coordination.
• Resolve complex Tier 3 application issues and lead incident responses for enterprise application outages.
• Design and implement automation workflows using JavaScript, Python, APIs, and Enterprise AI applications.
• Analyze ticket and usage data using BigQuery and Apache Hive to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain internal and external-facing documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and escalation guides.
• Ensure all procurement and licensing processes adhere to corporate logistics and compliance guidelines.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of IT or Enterprise Application Development experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms at scale with admin-level access.
• Strong scripting or coding skills in Python, Bash, and APIs.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise AI applications including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and MCP.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts like Okta, AD, SSO, and SCIM.
• Proven experience acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
• Experience with data warehousing and querying large datasets using BigQuery or Hive (preferred).
