Product Manager, Agentic Platform

What you'll do

• Define the product vision and strategy for the agentic platform and its developer-facing tools.
• Prototype product concepts and workflows using AI tools to validate ideas and build conviction.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end development of agentic experiences, including multi-step reasoning and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Manage enterprise governance, security, and compliance for AI tooling at a scale of 10,000+ users.
• Establish and track developer productivity metrics such as PR velocity and lead time to measure impact.
• Run continuous feedback loops with developers to gather insights and prioritize product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to scope work, make technical trade-offs, and ensure the team builds the right features.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager shipping developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure products end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tooling and coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Expertise in agentic AI development patterns like multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Background in developer productivity metrics, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, or engineering systems at scale.
• Prior experience defining product strategy for agent or plugin ecosystems, marketplaces, or extensibility platforms (preferred).
• Experience with governance, security, or compliance considerations for platforms in an enterprise or regulated context (preferred).
