Director of Product Management, Agentic Software Delivery

What you'll do

• Define the three-year vision and strategy for Agentic Software Delivery across CI, artifact management, deployment, and observability.
• Lead and develop senior and principal product managers to become independent decision-makers within their respective domains.
• Establish frameworks and operating rhythms to ensure high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
• Manage section-level KPIs and adoption funnels to inform investment allocation and project prioritization.
• Evaluate and justify major strategic bets, including build, buy, or partner decisions based on clear business cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align platform architecture and technical trade-offs into a unified customer experience.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
• Represent the product section to senior leadership, enterprise customers, and industry audiences as an AI-native leader.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading, hiring, and developing senior and principal product managers.
• Proven track record of owning a portfolio across multiple products with accountability for adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Product management depth in areas such as CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, release management, or observability.
• Ability to make and defend build, buy, or partner decisions based on business cases.
• Technical fluency in pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals like logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
• Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments.
• Executive-level communication skills and experience using AI tools in product management workflows.
