The role addresses the challenge of translating strategic priorities into actionable outcomes while ensuring consistent governance and resource optimization across complex, multi-faceted IT programs.

What you'll do

  • Present portfolio health and critical insights to the executive team monthly.
  • Lead bi-weekly portfolio meetings for an executive audience to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Manage the portfolio budget and coordinate with finance leadership to ensure efficient fund utilization.
  • Provide talent management, coaching, and development for program managers and scrum masters.
  • Assist in estimating time and resource utilization through organized discovery with stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts within the portfolio and define clear impediments for executive escalation.
  • Oversee outsourced projects and manage performance of third-party vendors.
  • Manage organizational change management and prioritize stakeholder requests based on firm outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing highly complex and matrixed IT programs with budgets up to $25M.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people with a proven track record of developing talent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a portfolio of AI Agents and AI enabled products.
  • Deep understanding of and ability to manage Project and Software Development Life Cycle(s) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • A 4-year college degree, preferably in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred certifications include Agile or PMP.
  • Experience monitoring and managing vendor performance and conducting requirement solution workshops.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Project) and tools like JIRA, Aha!, or Confluence.
