What you'll do

Present portfolio health to executive team monthly.
Identify and resolve critical insights, opportunities, and gaps in the portfolio.
Lead bi-weekly portfolio meetings for an executive audience.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align OKRs within the portfolio and enterprise goals.
Manage talent development for program managers and other key roles.
Develop upfront estimates of time and resource utilization for projects.
Arbitrate conflicts within the portfolio and escalate issues as needed.

What we're looking for

At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs with budgets up to $25M.
Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including talent development.
Experience in managing a portfolio of AI agents and AI-enabled products for at least one year.
Deep understanding and ability to manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and judgment in ambiguous situations with attention to detail.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and business audiences.
