VP, Product Management, A.I. Solutions

What you'll do

• Define and lead the Clover-wide AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee the development of AI tools and infrastructure for internal product teams.
• Design and scale agentic AI workflows for merchant back-office tasks and financial reporting.
• Build predictive intelligence engines for churn prediction and personalized merchant recommendations.
• Develop a secure, multi-agent AI platform and governance framework for consistent experiences.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional AI initiatives with Data Science, Engineering, and Fiserv stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on commercialization strategies including pricing and go-to-market plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years in Product Management with substantial leadership and people management experience.
• Experience building Generative AI solutions in retail commerce or POS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of traditional ML and Gen AI technologies and the ability to adapt to solve business problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with MLOps and the AI model development lifecycle (preferred).
• Experience leading AI product organizations in high-growth fintech or commerce companies (preferred).
• Experience managing international product portfolios (preferred).
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
