What you'll do

Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for unified data products.
Manage the product backlog by writing clear requirements and user stories in partnership with engineering teams.
Conduct customer discovery to define success metrics and measure outcomes.
Build and ship AI-powered features including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents.
Integrate AI and LLM tools into your daily workflow to accelerate prototyping and delivery.
Partner with data science teams to operationalize models with proper safety and compliance controls.
Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Deliver unified data products across multiple domains aligned with the federated data mesh strategy.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in data and analytics or wealth/private banking domains.
Demonstrated experience delivering data, analytics, and AI products end to end.
Proven experience building and shipping AI- and LLM-powered products using tools like RAG and AI agents.
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Starburst, Databricks) and data mesh concepts.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with regulatory/compliance data products or GenAI patterns like prompt engineering and vector search (preferred).
