Asset & Wealth Management, Product Manager, Applied AI & Data Products, Vice President

What you'll do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a portfolio of unified data products.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog by writing clear requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Conduct customer discovery and define success metrics, including KPIs and OKRs, to measure product outcomes.
• Ship AI-powered features and products, including the application of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI agents.
• Use AI and LLM tools within the product management workflow to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize models with controls for quality, safety, privacy, and compliance.
• Champion data quality, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Deliver unified data products across multiple core domains aligned with the federated data mesh strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in data and analytics, wealth/private banking, or related domains.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data and/or analytics/AI products end to end.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI- and LLM-powered products and using AI/LLM tools in the product management workflow.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Starburst, or Databricks and data mesh concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to lead through influence across engineering pods.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance data products (preferred).
• Experience with GenAI/LLM patterns, prompt engineering, AI agents, and RAG (preferred).
