As the Principal, AI Data Strategy & Integrations Tech Lead, you will lead enterprise data integrations, master data management, and AI-driven automation initiatives to create scalable, secure, and AI-ready data ecosystems. The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will utilize tools such as Kafka, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Additionally, you will implement DataOps practices using CI/CD pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization’s infrastructure while managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

What you'll do

  • Design and govern end-to-end integration architecture including event-driven design, API lifecycle management, and microservices patterns.
  • Execute enterprise data integration strategies that align data architecture and governance with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Build AI-powered systems integrations, including MCP servers and the integration of AI/ML tools.
  • Architect complex system integrations across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms using modern API patterns.
  • Establish and champion DevOps and DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data and AI solutions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Integrations, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale integration architectures including event-driven systems (Kafka, MQ), API gateways, and microservices.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools.
  • Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and enterprise data governance programs.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations including API design, ETL/ELT, and middleware platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
  • Experience with AI/ML data pipelines, model integration, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in DevOps and DataOps toolchains including CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives with strong stakeholder communication skills.
