What you'll do

  • Design and govern end-to-end integration architecture including event-driven design, APIs, and microservices.
  • Execute enterprise data integration strategies that align data architecture with business objectives.
  • Own and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Build AI-powered system integrations and MCP servers to support AI/ML tool deployment.
  • Architect complex integrations across ERP, CRM, and cloud systems using modern AI-powered patterns.
  • Establish DevOps and DataOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure data and AI solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Integrations, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SQL, and Python.
  • Experience designing integration architectures including event-driven systems (Kafka, MQ), API gateways, and microservices.
  • Proven experience leading MDM implementations and enterprise data governance programs.
  • Hands-on experience with API design, ETL/ELT, and middleware platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
  • Experience with DevOps and DataOps toolchains including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML data pipelines, model integration, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills.
