What you'll do

  • Define and manage handset software requirements for major OEMs including Samsung, Oppo, and Xiaomi.
  • Develop long-term software strategies focusing on AI, security, and next-generation mobile solutions.
  • Oversee software baselining across various chipsets and SKUs to ensure quality of release.
  • Integrate external technologies and partner capabilities into the Qualcomm platform to drive extensibility.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or acquire decisions to achieve strategic product goals.
  • Lead the development of scalable software architectures in a large-scale, global environment.
  • Translate complex technical roadmaps into business decisions involving financial, legal, and go-to-market considerations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Fifteen years of Software Product Management or related technical work experience.
  • Six years of leadership experience.
  • Four years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
  • Two years of experience managing operating budgets and project financials.
  • Two years of experience negotiating third-party business agreements.
  • Proficiency in mobile computing systems, including CPU, GPU, and NPU integration.
  • Fluency in modern AI systems and platforms to inform product strategy.
