What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end software execution for multiple premium-tier mobile chipset programs.
  • Drive software readiness across architecture definition, bring-up, integration, validation, and commercialization.
  • Provide technical leadership for platform software architecture spanning HLOS, firmware, middleware, and AI.
  • Establish execution strategies and governance models to ensure predictable delivery of large-scale programs.
  • Represent software engineering in executive reviews and engage directly with strategic OEM partners.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engineering productivity, platform stability, and development velocity.
  • Manage execution risk and resolve dependencies across cross-functional engineering organizations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 9+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibility (preferred).
  • 8+ years leading managers and senior technical leaders (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale commercial products in mobile, embedded, or system software environments (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in operating systems, system software, platform architecture, or mobile technologies (preferred).
