VP, Product Owner, Operations Technology

What you'll do

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for investment data and operational systems aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features.
• Translate complex investment operational processes into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL to validate flows and ensure high data quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across portfolio management and investment operations.
• Manage a team of analysts and associate product owners through performance reviews and career development.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

• A university degree is preferred.
• 8 years of experience are required; 10 years are preferred.
• Experience in the investment/asset management space across front, middle, and back-office solutions is required.
• Knowledge of investment data including EQ, FI, Derivatives, and alternate assets is required.
• Experience with operational processes for Mutual Funds, CITs, ETFs, and Separately Managed Accounts is required.
• Experience with the Eagle suite of products (Accounting, Pricing, and Data Management) is required.
• Experience with data integration, metadata management, and running SQL queries to perform data analysis is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of investment operational processes such as corporate actions and collateral management is preferred.
