What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of related experience or a Master’s Degree with 6+ years.
  • Proven ability to own and prioritize product backlogs in an Agile environment.
  • Experience breaking down complex technical requirements into clear User Stories.
  • Demonstrated leadership influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholders, including customers and executive leadership.
  • Understanding of mainframe application ecosystems across COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Endevor repositories.
  • Experience guiding the development of modern developer interfaces like VS Code extensions and CLI tools.
