What you'll do

Translate business use cases and requirements into clear specifications for data product development.
Coordinate with data owners to source, integrate, and validate new data sources.
Drive end-to-end data product development by coordinating across business, data, and technology teams.
Ensure all data products meet documentation, governance, control, and audit evidence standards.
Manage data contracts, quality expectations, and access models for all delivered products.
Support product adoption by ensuring consumers understand and can access the intended business outcomes.
Analyze data models and updates to ensure metadata maintains accurate business context.
Use SQL and Python for the hands-on curation, testing, and evaluation of data products.

What we're looking for

Experience as a subject-matter expert in Fixed Income business and research to develop investment inputs.
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing data products or similar data assets.
Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
Experience working with data owners and engineering teams to source, transform, and curate data.
Solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, and technical skills like SQL and Python.
Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders without authority.
Risk and control awareness regarding security and integrity in regulated environments.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JAVA for hands-on curation and testing (preferred).
