What you'll do

Translate Fixed Income business use cases and requirements into clear specifications for data product development.
Coordinate with data owners and custodians to source, integrate, and validate new data sources.
Drive end-to-end data product development by coordinating across business, data, and technology teams.
Ensure all data products comply with documentation, governance, control, and audit evidence standards.
Manage data contracts, quality expectations, and access models for all delivered products.
Support product adoption by ensuring tools are accessible and deliver intended business outcomes.
Analyze data models and updates to ensure metadata maintains accurate business context.

What we're looking for

Experienced leader managing small teams of subject-matter experts in Fixed Income business and research to develop investment inputs.
Direct, hands-on experience of 5+ years in a similar or related role developing data products or similar data assets.
Proven ability to elicit requirements, understand use cases, and translate business needs into data solutions.
Experience working with data owners and data engineering teams to source, transform, and curate data.
Solid understanding of data quality and metadata management.
Technical skills in SQL and Python.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority across business, data, and technology stakeholders.
Risk and control awareness, including alignment to security and integrity requirements in regulated environments.
Analyze data models and updates to ensure data standards and metadata have accurate business context (preferred).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JAVA for hands-on curation, testing and evaluation of data products (preferred).
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as ThoughtSpot or Tableau (preferred).
Good knowledge of key market data offerings such as Bloomberg, LSEG, or FactSet (preferred).
