What you'll do

Translate Equities business use cases and requirements into clear specifications for data product development.
Coordinate with data owners to source, integrate, and validate new data sources for high-quality products.
Drive end-to-end data product development by coordinating between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Ensure all data products comply with documentation, governance, control, and audit evidence standards.
Manage data contracts, ownership models, and quality expectations for all delivered data assets.
Support product adoption by ensuring data products are accessible and deliver intended business outcomes.
Analyze data models and updates to ensure metadata maintains accurate business context.
Use SQL and Python for the hands-on curation, testing, and evaluation of data products.

What we're looking for

Experience as a subject-matter expert in Equities business and research to develop investment inputs.
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing data products or similar data assets.
Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
Experience working with data owners and engineering teams to source, transform, and curate data.
Solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, and technical skills like SQL and Python.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders without authority.
Risk and control awareness regarding security and integrity requirements in regulated environments.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JAVA for hands-on curation, testing, and evaluation (preferred).
