Senior Associate, Investment Platforms, CDO Data Strategy

What you'll do

• Translate business use cases and requirements into clear specifications for data product development.
• Coordinate with data owners to source, integrate, and validate new data sources.
• Drive end-to-end data product development by coordinating between business, data, and technology teams.
• Ensure all data products meet documentation, governance, control, and audit evidence standards.
• Manage data contracts, quality expectations, and access models for all delivered products.
• Support product adoption by ensuring tools are accessible and deliver intended business outcomes.
• Use SQL and Python to perform hands-on curation, testing, and evaluation of data products.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a subject-matter expert in Fixed Income business and research to develop investment inputs.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing data products or similar data assets.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience working with data owners and engineering teams to source, transform, and curate data.
• Solid understanding of data quality, metadata management, and technical skills like SQL and Python.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders without authority.
• Risk and control awareness regarding security and integrity requirements in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JAVA for hands-on curation, testing, and evaluation (preferred).
