VP, Global Head of Trust & Safety

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a globally distributed team of investigators and engineers operating 24/7/365.
• Create and maintain policies for handling legal requests and abuse complaints across various jurisdictions.
• Develop automated systems and tools to improve the efficiency of trust and safety functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Policy, Security, and Engineering to implement scalable guidelines.
• Represent the company externally to government officials, industry peers, and members of the press.
• Manage high-pressure escalations involving sensitive content, fraud, and account security issues.
• Develop and maintain transparency reporting processes to communicate trust and safety data to the public.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Trust and Safety, fraud, risk management, threat intelligence, or customer support roles (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience managing a large team effectively (preferred).
• Experience working with law enforcement and legal requests for customer information (preferred).
• Deep technical experience understanding how the Internet works (preferred).
• Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues under pressure in crisis management situations (preferred).
• Experience using analytics to solve problems and provide practical business insights (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
