What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed backend systems.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Java (JVM, Spring/Spring Boot, microservices).
  • Experience in risk, security, safety, identity, access, financial flows, content integrity, or compliance systems.
  • Strong understanding of service/API design, performance optimization, concurrency, resiliency, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Expertise in building and operating cloud-native services on AWS/GCP (containers, Kubernetes).
  • Experience integrating ML models into production systems for risk scoring and anomaly detection.
  • Solid skills in observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs, high-availability service operations.
