What you'll do

Create vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms to reduce safety incidents.
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations experts to ensure successful product launches.
Manage the product backlog and roadmap while prioritizing solutions based on business value and customer impact.
Define measurable goals and success metrics using clearly defined objectives and key results.
Evaluate new product opportunities and propose buy, build, or partner solutions backed by data and user research.
Develop short-term plans to iteratively build platform capabilities that defend against safety issues.
Present product roadmaps and status updates to executive leadership to influence outcomes and drive consensus.

What we're looking for

You must have at least 5 years of product management experience.
Prior experience in trust, safety, risk, or fraud within product, operations, or engineering is required.
Experience building machine learning products or technical product management is required.
You must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in design and hypothesis-driven product development is required.
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and high-stakes trade-off decisions is required.
You must have the ability to collaborate and influence across global teams and multiple time zones.
