The VP Digital & Technology Solutions Partner - Finance, Accounting & Oracle ERP leads the digital and technology portfolio for Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, and Treasury. Set enterprise technology strategy for Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, and Treasury.
Lead the modernization and integration roadmap for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion platforms.
Drive measurable business outcomes including financial close cycle time, forecast accuracy, and automation adoption.
Establish and govern the global Finance data, analytics, and decision intelligence strategy.
Standardize global operating models and processes for workflows like procure-to-pay, treasury, and tax.
Manage strategic vendors, implementation partners, and technology spend with accountability for contract outcomes.
Define and advance the AI strategy and AI agent roadmap for financial operations.
Ensure SOX-compliant technology operations and establish enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
What we're looking for
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field required.
18+ years of progressive technology leadership experience required.
Experience with finance systems and enterprise platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion required.
Extensive SAP FI/CO leadership experience may be considered.
History of successful executive command of finance technology, investor relations, facilities/real estate systems, and audit, tax, or treasury platforms required.
Familiarity with SDLC governance frameworks is a plus.
Proven ability to lead at enterprise scale, influence executive stakeholders, and negotiate complex matters required.
