What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, low-latency microservices for the core electronic trading platform.
Implement complex trading logic and performance optimizations to ensure system stability and scalability.
Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
Partner with product teams and quantitative researchers to deliver new trading capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement in testing frameworks, development tools, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Resolve complex technical challenges by analyzing business requirements and industry best practices.
Build and maintain robust solutions for trade reconciliation, monitoring, and application recovery.
Ensure all systems comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk management policies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience in high-performance, low-latency systems.
Expert knowledge of Core Java including JVM internals, concurrency, garbage collection, and memory management.
Proven experience designing and developing automated trading systems or electronic execution platforms in financial domains.
Experience with microservices architecture and developing distributed systems.
Proficiency with financial market protocols like FIX and handling order/market datasets.
Experience with modern testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
Familiarity with messaging technologies (Solace, AMPS, Chronicle) and infrastructure automation tools (Ansible) is a plus.
