What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, low-latency microservices for the core electronic trading platform.
Implement complex trading logic and performance enhancements to ensure system stability and scalability.
Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
Partner with quantitative researchers and product teams to deliver new trading capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement for testing frameworks, development tools, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Resolve complex technical challenges by analyzing business requirements and industry best practices.
Build and maintain robust solutions for platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, and application recovery.

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on high-performance, low-latency systems.
Expert-level technical knowledge in Core Java, including JVM internals, concurrency, garbage collection, and memory management.
Proven experience designing and developing automated trading systems or electronic execution platforms in Equities or similar financial domains.
Solid understanding of financial market protocols like FIX and experience handling order and market datasets.
Experience with microservices architecture and developing distributed systems.
Demonstrable experience with modern testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree (preferred).
Familiarity with messaging and data grid technologies (e.g., Solace, AMPS, Chronicle) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible) (preferred).
