JOB TITLE: Principal Engineer, Oracle EPM Financials Consultant
The Principal Engineer, Oracle EPM Financials Consultant joins the engineering team to enhance, configure, and operate the Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscape. This role involves partnering with US-based and India-based engineering teams and finance business partners to deliver integrated reconciliation, consolidation, close, data governance, and reporting solutions. You will drive engineering projects to support Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS, while integrating them with Oracle ERP General Ledger. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and developing innovative configurations and automation. Required skills include software development, technical writing, and analytical thinking. You will solve complex technical and functional issues to ensure the reliability and scalability of financial systems, supporting accurate and compliant enterprise financial operations.
Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
Integrate Oracle EPM applications with the Oracle ERP General Ledger to meet technical requirements and quality standards.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 7 years of related experience.
Must have an Advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience.
Must have 7-10 years of technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and Oracle ERP Financials (General Ledger).
Must have 7-10 years of technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (EDMCS, EPRCS) delivered with US-based and offshore teams (preferred).
Must possess skills in analytical thinking, analytics, collaboration, communication, customer service, leadership, software development, and technical writing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
