Oracle ERP Application Development Lead, Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
• Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards based on advanced knowledge of system flow.
• Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts while allocating their work.
• Integrate AI-enabled development tools to improve code quality, velocity, and reliability.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations during business decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and clear communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
