What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture with progressive leadership of architecture/engineering teams at scale.
Proven senior/principal architect experience defining enterprise architecture vision and governing technology decisions across multiple lines of business.
Hands-on architectural leadership to modernize complex systems using CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and secure SDLC controls.
Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns including cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, domain-driven design, API design, and data architecture.
Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows with awareness of data sensitivity.
Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes in one or more disciplines like cloud, AI, or machine learning.
Experience with financial services domain architecture or active hands-on engagement with coding and prototyping (preferred).
