Senior Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Build and operationalize modern governance capabilities including automated compliance monitoring and standards-as-code implementation.
• Create strategic roadmaps for transitioning systems to future states aligned with business and technology goals.
• Implement AI-assisted review workflows and monitor architecture telemetry for drift detection.
• Provide technical guidance to architects on defining service capabilities, design attributes, and segment architectures.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable information for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks and resolve complex issues related to enterprise standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support and ensure alignment across multiple business units.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree, PhD, or specific certifications are preferred.
• Candidates should have 8 or more years of industry-relevant experience.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture domains including business, data, application, and technology architecture is required.
• Knowledge of framework standards such as TOGAF or Zachman is required.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise architecture strategy while managing risk and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks is required.
• Skills in translating technical concepts for executives and resolving conflicts between competing priorities are required.
• Experience with machine learning, service oriented architecture, and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced governance capabilities like automated compliance, standards-as-code, and AI-assisted workflows is preferred.
