Vice President, Integrated Testing & Tooling

What you'll do

• Design, execute, and validate UAT and integrated test scenarios across core business processes and end-to-end workflows.
• Establish and govern UAT methodologies, testing standards, acceptance criteria, and stage-gate requirements across the PDLC.
• Serve as the product owner for testing and delivery-efficiency platforms including Zephyr, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Define and maintain tooling roadmaps to improve planning, documentation, traceability, and delivery efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve testing speed and coverage.
• Monitor and report testing metrics including execution rates, pass rates, defect trends, and business-flow coverage.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing schedules, dependencies, environments, and test data requirements across systems and vendors.
• Ensure all testing practices align with regulatory, security, risk, and audit requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UAT leadership, integrated testing, end-to-end testing, quality assurance, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and executing UAT and integrated test scenarios across business-critical workflows.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across a matrixed organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing deep working knowledge of business applications, platforms, and operational workflows.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience as a product owner or administrator of testing and delivery tools such as Zephyr, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred).
• Experience leading testing in a regulated financial services environment, including large-scale platform conversions or migrations (preferred).
