What you'll do

  • Coordinate end-to-end regulatory cybersecurity remediation testing from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations by facilitating stand-ups, managing dependencies, and removing blockers.
  • Maintain Jira and Confluence spaces to track progress, action items, and program artifacts.
  • Align testing activities with broader remediation timelines and regulatory commitments across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement regarding test plans, feedback, and validation reports for complex partner groups.
  • Prioritize and load balance testing demands across team resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the overlap between regulatory retesting efforts and Network Penetration Testing findings.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, cybersecurity program delivery, security testing coordination, or related operational roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical teams, risk stakeholders, and program governance partners.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other workflow or program tracking tools.
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining structure and transparency.
  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholders and influence teams across organizational boundaries.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity testing, regulatory-driven security programs, or financial services experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with penetration testing, threat-led penetration testing, or security assurance activities (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, cybersecurity, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus (preferred).
