Risk Execution UAT Analyst, Consumer & Community Bank, Associate

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive UAT test approaches, plans, and detailed test scripts aligned to end-to-end business processes.
• Translate business requirements into testable scenarios and measurable acceptance criteria while identifying requirement gaps.
• Execute end-to-end business scenarios in UAT environments and capture results with clear evidence.
• Document, prioritize, and manage the full lifecycle of defects within JIRA.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready testing artifacts including traceability matrices, execution evidence, and sign-offs.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding testing progress, risks, coverage, and key decisions.
• Improve testing efficiency by adopting AI-assisted test design, automation tools, and workflow accelerators.
• Reconcile test outcomes across cycles and lead investigations into discrepancies or retest requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on manual testing experience, including creation of test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into testable scenarios and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end UAT business scenarios and document results with high-quality evidence.
• Strong experience using JIRA to manage tasks and defects through defined workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Confluence, and test management tools like qTest.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for test validation and data analysis.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
