The Vice President, Information Security - Identity, Governance, and Cyber Risk joins the Information Security team as a senior technical leader. This individual will lead the enterprise strategy for identity security, data protection, privileged access, cyber governance, and risk management. Strengthen cyber governance by aligning security priorities and investment decisions with enterprise risk and business outcomes.
Build and lead high-performing global teams across multiple regions while establishing clear succession plans.
Translate complex cybersecurity risks and technical investments into clear business outcomes for senior executive leadership.
Partner with cross-functional IT teams to strengthen detection, incident response, and overall cyber resilience.
What we're looking for
15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience in identity, data protection, privileged access, governance, risk, and compliance programs.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide decisions across technology, legal, and business functions.
Strong executive presence to translate complex cyber risks into clear business outcomes for senior leadership and board audiences.
Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures across cloud, on-premise, application, and data environments.
Knowledge of regulatory and control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOX.
Experience implementing modern GRC initiatives and holistic risk management programs.
Track record of building and managing global, high-performing information security teams.
