What you'll do

  • Execute a global operations strategy to improve service reliability and accelerate automation adoption.
  • Lead major incident and problem management programs including root cause analysis and executive communications.
  • Drive the adoption of observability, event correlation, and AIOps capabilities to reduce operational noise.
  • Partner with engineering and infrastructure leaders to implement service-based operating models and standard runbooks.
  • Develop executive reporting dashboards to provide visibility into service health, risk, and performance metrics.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on reliability engineering and continuous service improvement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global leadership team focused on accountability and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology operations, infrastructure operations, site reliability engineering, or enterprise operations functions in global organizations.
  • Experience managing 24x7 operational environments while driving improvements in service reliability and performance.
  • Proven success leading major incident management, problem management, and service reliability programs across enterprise environments.
  • Experience implementing operational transformation involving automation, observability, AI-enabled operations, or service management modernization.
  • Strong leadership experience building and developing global teams with a focus on accountability and excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, incident/problem management, and service reliability practices.
  • Proficiency in observability, monitoring, telemetry, event management, and operational analytics platforms.
  • Experience with cloud, infrastructure, network operations, and automation/orchestration tools.
  • Experience implementing AIOps strategies including intelligent alerting and predictive analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and modern service operations frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale operational transformation across cloud, infrastructure, and platform environments (preferred).
  • Strong background in executive reporting, performance analytics, and technology service portfolio management (preferred).
