The Vice President, Global Operations Management & AIOps joins the Global Infrastructure, Engineering & Operations organization to lead global technology operations. This leader will drive service reliability, operational excellence, and incident management across infrastructure, cloud, network, and platform environments. Key responsibilities include executing a modern global operations strategy, managing major incident programs, and driving the adoption of automation and intelligent operations. The role requires deep knowledge of IT Operations Management, Service Management, and Site Reliability Engineering principles. Candidates must be proficient with observability, telemetry, event management, and AI-enabled operational capabilities to improve issue detection and service restoration. Execute a global operations strategy to improve service reliability and accelerate automation adoption.
Lead the global operations model across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network services, and regional teams.
Manage major incident and problem management programs, including root cause analysis and executive communications.
Drive the adoption of observability, event correlation, and AIOps capabilities to reduce operational noise.
Partner with engineering and cybersecurity leaders to implement service-based operating models and operational standards.
Develop executive reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into service health, risk, and performance.
Build and mentor a high-performing global operations leadership team focused on accountability and excellence.
What we're looking for
15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology operations, infrastructure operations, site reliability engineering, or enterprise operations functions within complex global organizations.
Demonstrated experience managing 24x7 operational environments while driving continuous improvement in service reliability, availability, and operational performance.
Proven success leading major incident management, problem management, operational governance, and service reliability programs across enterprise technology environments.
Experience implementing operational transformation initiatives involving automation, observability, AI-enabled operations, or service management modernization.
Strong leadership experience building and developing global teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Deep knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM), Service Management (ITSM), incident management, problem management, and service reliability practices.
Experience with observability, monitoring, telemetry, event management, and operational analytics platforms.
Experience implementing automation, orchestration, workflow management, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.
