Candidates must possess deep knowledge of AIOps concepts, software development practices, and technology lifecycle management. This role solves complex technology challenges by aligning operational priorities with enterprise resiliency and risk reduction across various business units.

What you'll do

  • Lead enterprise technology operations to ensure the stability, resilience, and continuous advancement of the technology environment.
  • Manage a portfolio including 24x7 command center operations, batch processing, workload automation, and major incident management.
  • Provide strategic direction for operational monitoring, escalation, recovery, and service stability to align with business outcomes.
  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle management for the enterprise workload automation platform.
  • Drive the evolution of operations tooling, including ServiceNow, observability capabilities, and automation solutions.
  • Advance practical and responsible AI-enabled operations by formalizing AIOps capabilities and sustainable support models.
  • Establish governance and operating practices to improve risk management, accountability, and technology execution.
  • Manage financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, capital spend projections, and cost optimization.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years in technology operations, engineering, service management, infrastructure, platform leadership, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience leading enterprise-scale 24x7 operations, command centers, production support, or technology service organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in major incident management, batch operations, workload automation, operational resilience, and IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and AIOps concepts to translate them into practical, sustainable, and responsible operational capabilities.
  • Proven ability in platform or product ownership, vendor management, financial management, and technology strategy.
  • Exceptional executive presence, judgment, communication, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and relationship-management skills.
  • Undergraduate studies in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience managing large process teams and complex, highly integrated technology environments (preferred).
